Xflms does not host, store, or upload any video content on its servers. We are a listing service that provides links to content hosted on external third-party platforms. Upon receiving a valid takedown request, we will remove or unlist the content from our website.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content listed on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) on our website where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Use the "Report" button on any movie page to submit a DMCA/copyright claim directly through our platform.
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the takedown notice.
- Review the claim for completeness and validity.
- Remove or unlist the identified content from our website promptly.
- Make a good-faith effort to notify the party responsible for the listing, if applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or unlisted as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access to our service for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
